Fiona Brown

A little about me — and why this matters.

I've been part of the fitness industry since 1986 — long enough to witness every fad and fashion, and long enough to know what truly stands the test of time. I founded a nationally accredited training academy in Scotland, trained over 350 Pilates instructors, and have delivered more than 12,000 hours of teacher training.

Over those years, I've worked with hundreds of women, many of whom have had hip replacements. What I've seen, again and again, is that too many stop exercising after physiotherapy ends — believing "this is as good as it gets." It isn't. And you are not too late.

Real women.Real results.

"Since breaking both hips and my right leg, I used to rely on furniture to get up off the floor. Working with Fiona, I can now get up unaided. I move much more naturally and am far more confident."

— Eileen Thomson, age 71

"I am now moving better and feel a bit happier in myself. Being new to exercise, I found BRIO! worked for me right from the very first video."

— Lorraine Whitelaw, age 63

"Fiona has a talent for making people feel good both physically and mentally. A highly skilled instructor with an in-depth understanding of how the body works."

— Margaret W, age 60+
